2. Ordinary distillation is operated above the boiling point temperature of materials, so evaporation and condensation is a reversible process. Molecular distillation can be separated below the boiling point temperature. Therefore, evaporation and condensation of molecular distillation is an irreversible process.
3. Ordinary distillation has bubbling and boiling phenomena. The separation operation of molecular distillation is realized below the boiling point temperature. Therefore, there is no bubbling and boiling phenomenon, which is conducive to maintaining a high vacuum in the whole system.
二、Precautions for use of short range molecular distillation equipment:
1. During operation, it is necessary to pay attention to a certain operation process to avoid the unavailability of the whole equipment and the unavailability of the supporting Wuxi Shengze refrigeration, heating and temperature control system due to improper operation.
2. The general short-range molecular distillation equipment has passed the hydrostatic test and test run before leaving the factory, and the indicators meet the requirements. Start the motor and observe whether the running direction of the motor is correct. It should rotate clockwise and cannot be reversed. Measure whether the radial swing and axial transmission of the shaft meet the requirements, and check whether the seal is tightly sealed. Whether the oil level of the reducer is in normal state and whether the cooling water of the mechanical seal is kept unblocked.
3. The shutdown sequence of normal distillation equipment is as follows: close the steam valve, close the feed valve, after the feed liquid is discharged, close the discharge valve, wash the equipment, stop the motor, stop the circulating water pump, jet pump, and open the vacuum breaking valve.
4. When the equipment is free of liquid or full of liquid, do not start the motor for mixing. It is strictly forbidden to run the motor in the opposite direction. During operation, do not touch the rotating parts with your hands. Do not press the button with wet hands to prevent electric shock.
