Requirements for internal and external environment of stainless steel fermentation tank:
Biological fermentation tanks must comply with biosafety standards because they contain active substances during the culture process. It is not only necessary to prevent the pollution of external microorganisms, but also to prevent the interior of the fermentation tank from polluting other places. Therefore, the fermentation tank must be a system device with good sealing performance. The discharge of gases and liquids must be filtered to remove active substances.
Stainless steel fermentation tanks should be disinfected before use, because the structure of fermentation tanks is relatively complex. If thorough disinfection and sterilization is required, the air filter and fermentation tank shall be combined first, then sterilized with steam, and then dried. After sterilization in the storage tank, the sewage accumulated in the supply pipeline of the fermentation tank for a long time will be discharged and flushed.
