①  Introduction

Stainless mixing tanks are machine containers used for blending different components together. Tanks are made up of stainless steel materials. Frequently, stainless steel materials are used in fabricating tanks for smooth surface, easy cleaning, and convenience of use. Sometimes, copper is used for this tank, but because of the copper’s possibility to have adverse reactions to some substances, copper is rarely used.


Stainless mixing tanks are aimed at processing liquid, with packaging as the next phase of the procedure. The system includes effective moving and stirring with blending techniques to heighten the mixing process. Significantly, the use of mixing tanks reduces the amount of task and time used while working. The right kind of tank with the right features is crucial to the success of the production.


Boben stainless steel mixing tanks are available from 150 gallons - 2000+ gallons which is ideal for a wide range of beverages and industries. Our mixing tanks are constructed from food grade stainless steel SS304 with a 3-4 mm thickness, an interior sanitary finish with exterior side walls in a #4 dairy finish. All mixing tanks come standard with 25% head space on top of working volume, and our 1 year warranty. Used for mixing liquids and dissolving solids into liquid, they are applicable to the food, beverage, brewing, pharmacy and chemical industries. Tanks come equipped with a Nord 3/4 Hp - 10 Hp paddle mixer & gearbox. Please see Specifications for additional upgrade options and information.

③ Advantage:

④ Application

Stainless steel mixing tanks are widely applied in the beverage, food, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical and process industries used as blender tank, buffer tank and storage tank, which cleanable to sanitary standards .


⑤  Production

1. Welding: We abandoned the argon gas cylinder but adopt The Central System of Argon to make sure the TIG welding with pure argon gas shield. We also increase the using amount of gas when welding, so the quality of the welding line is more higher.

2.Dimpling: We adopt dimple plate rather than belt for glycol jacket, since it can increase the cooling area and improve the speed of cooling. The most important thing in brewing process is to avoid contaminating, that is to say the most important thing in producing beer equipment is to polish the inside tanks to 0.4~0.6 μm Without dead corner.

3.Polishing: We use large-scale polishing equipment to polish the inside of the tanks -- all over the wall to make sure there is no dead corner. And we adopted passivation and acid pickling which will make our tanks with higher accuracy. You need not worry about there will be some bacterias remained after cleaning.
