Commercial Brewing Systems can be divided into 2-vessel, 3-vessel, 4/5-vessel configurations, according to the brewhouse combination tank type.

1) Boben Commercial Brewing Systems complete beer brewing system from 50L to 10000L and average 25% Head Space.
2) All the brewery complete beer brewing system have a Dish top.
3) Cylinder body & 60/70° Cone Bottom.
4) Certified stainless steel(304,316) material for brewery complete beer brewing system, with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish.
5) Dimple Plate jacket for Glycol cooling & high efficient Polyurethane foam insulated.
6) All the brewery complete beer brewing system use Tri-clamp connections, are designed for up to 14.7 PSI and tested at 30 PSI.
7) We can customize fabricate any brewery complete beer brewing system to meet your brewery's space and height restrictions.

Two Vessel Brewhouse

These configurations are great for small to mid-size breweries producing up to two brews per day.

● HLT or Tankless Water Heater – HLT is a standard brewery method that allows the brewer to capture water and heat to use in the next brew. Efficient and offers much less waste.
