On May 25th, we conducted a distillation trial using raisins for our Turkish client. The customer is looking to purchase a continuous distillation system with a capacity of 1,000–2,000 liters per day, aiming to produce vodka at 96% ABV. As the client is new to the distillation industry and wanted reassurance before making a purchase decision, we agreed to test whether their raisins could produce a high-quality vodka.
Following the complete raisin-to-spirit production process, our engineers successfully distilled the raisins into vodka with an alcohol content of 85.6% ABV.
