The helmet of copper pot can be any shaped such as pear or onion head shaped and steam heated heating coil is inside of the pot as option or steam jacket as option
A pot still is used to distil flavoured liquors such as whisky or cognac or brandy
This pot still has internal seam coil heater or steam jacketed and therefore is can be used only for distillation of mash without fruits and botanicals.
Spirits distilled in pots top out between 60 and 80 percent alcohol by volume after multiple distillations.
Condensing is made in in vertical tubular heat exchanger where alcohol vapour will be cooled down into liquid alcohol with cold water.
Operation is controlled with a manual or automatic knewmatic valve as option.

The copper alcohol distillery boiler sizes range from 20 litres to 16,000 litres, can be constructed with stainless steel and/or copper, and usually offered in a hybrid-style pot still with a wide selection of heads, bypassable multi-tray rectification columns and gin basket complete with the condenser. Customized to suite your specific spirit range. The gin still can be electrically or steam heated, includes a botanticals basket for vapour infusion and a copper condenser.
There are a large variety of options to chose from depending on available services and the chracter of spirit desired. Heating of copper whisky still can be from internal coil, external steam jacket or external water bath. Botanicals can be added to the liquid and mixed with optional mixer or vapour infused either in a basket built into the still neck column or in a seperate basket.

T2 Copper/SUS304 for choose Heating method: by steam/electrical heating elements Top of pot with whole glass manway, inlet, safety valve, thermometer, pressure gauge and liquid return back hole. Top with agitator can be used to distill any wash, even washes full of fruit pulp or grain mash can heated in this configuration of boiler without any risk of burning on bottom of pentasomy constantly agitating the wash throughout the distillation run, the distillery can save 20% on the heating required to perform the distillation.
