The Production Process Of Vodka
1.Raw material
Grain is an essential ingredient for brewing high-quality vodka. Grind the grains into powder, add water, and steam under pressure. Turn the starch contained in the grain into a paste and then add sugar. After the obtained malt paste is cooled, yeast is added for evaporation.

2.Disillation
Purify the alcohol by continuous distillation and distillation in at least two distillation towers to produce the highest alcohol content. Distillation towers are generally 20-40 meters high. The method of producing alcohol in a factory: There are 5 distillation towers in the container for distillation, and two of them are used for distillation to remove most harmful substances. Heat the mash so that its steam enters the first distillation tower from bottom to top, where it meets the water vapor sent down at the top.
Water vapor extracts alcohol from mash. The residue of the liquor mash - the liquor trough, discharged from below, is used as livestock feed. The mixed vapor containing about 30% alcohol rises to the top and enters the second distillation tower down the pipeline. At its top, the alcohol is concentrated to a alcohol content of 93% and ready for the next distillation step.
3.Rectification
This is a very important process in determining the purity of vodka. Coarse distilled alcohol is distilled in three consecutive distillation columns to remove fusel oil and methanol, resulting in an alcohol content of 96%. It has no odor, no taste of primary ingredients.

4.Dilute
Mix alcohol with water to reduce its alcohol content to 40%. The purity and quality of dilution water are crucial. At this point, vodka can be bottled after strict quality inspection.
