The production and packing areas at Shanghai Bourbon have been exceptionally busy recently. Two significant batches of customized chemical equipment for clients in Latvia and the United Kingdom have completed all manufacturing and testing phases, entering the final packaging stage for shipment.
The equipment bound for Latvia includes one 1000L Mixing Vessel and one 2000L Cooling Tank: the former is a precisely engineered unit designed for a key blending stage in the client's production line; the latter features high-efficiency heat exchange capabilities, aimed at enhancing process stability and productivity for the customer.Both large vessels have undergone rigorous pressure testing and performance verification, meeting all relevant EU standards. Our packing team has now encased them in robust, waterproof, and shock-absorbent materials, securing them within reinforced wooden crates to withstand the challenges of long-distance sea freight.
Simultaneously, a custom 500L Distillation Unit developed for a client in the United Kingdom is also ready for dispatch. This complex, highly integrated system underscores the company's technical expertise in fine separation processes. The engineering team is performing final system checks and cleaning before it undergoes comprehensive protective packaging.
To guarantee these substantial pieces of equipment arrive safely at their destinations, our packing team has implemented specialized protocols. These include waterproof wrapping, custom edge protectors, reinforced skids, and multiple layers of cushioning. Each step is meticulously documented with photographs, ensuring full traceability throughout the process.
With packaging now complete, the equipment is scheduled for imminent transport to Shanghai Port, where it will begin its journey to the respective client countries.
Following the successful dispatch of these time-sensitive export orders, Shanghai Boben will proceed with its scheduled factory closure for the upcoming Chinese New Year holiday, allowing our hard-working employees to enjoy a warm and festive traditional celebration. Prior to the break, management will conduct comprehensive safety inspections of all workshop and warehouse areas, implementing holiday maintenance plans and duty schedules.
