Boben Light Industry Machinery can design, manufacture and install copper gin still gin distillation equipment ranging in capacities from 100 litres to 16,000 litres.
Stills can be made in stainless steel, copper or a combination of both, our copperwork is carefully hand crafted by Boben Light Industry Machinery crew.
The copper gin still with gin basket and copper reflux column is a hybrid-style mulit purpose pot still for producing various kinds spirits such as whiskey,vodka,gin,brandy,rum and moonshine etc, bypassable multi-tray rectification columns and gin basket complete with the condenser. Customized to suite your specific spirit range. The gin still with botanical gin basket can be electrically or steam heated or gas heated, botanticals basket is commonly used for vapour infusion and a copper condenser.

The copper gin still distillation tank boiler sizes range from 100 litres to 6,000 litres , can be constructed with stainless steel and/or copper, and usually offered in a hybrid-style pot still with a wide selection of heads, bypassable multi-tray rectification columns and gin basket complete with the condenser. Customized to suite your specific spirit range. The gin still can be electrically or steam heated, includes a botanticals basket for vapour infusion and a copper condenser.
There are a large variety of options to chose from depending on available services and the chracter of spirit desired. Heating of copper gin still can be from internal coil, external steam jacket or external water bath. Botanicals can be added to the liquid and mixed with optional mixer or vapour infused either in a basket built into the still neck column or in a seperate basket. Reflux can be adjusted by lye pipe angle and if necessary a dephlegmator.
