Core Components & Specifications
1. Distillation Vessel (Still Pot)
Capacity: 1750L (Working), 2200L (Total)
Construction: Three-layer structure (TP2 Copper Inner Tank + SUS304 Stainless Steel Interlayer/Outer Shell) with 75mm insulation.
Heating: Steam interlayer heating.
Wall Thickness: Inner Copper (4mm), Stainless Steel Interlayer/Shell (4mm/2mm).
Features:
Top: Full-view marble sight glass (φ400mm), bimetal thermometer, ATEX-certified explosion-proof stirrer, safety exhaust, cleaning ball, temperature probe.
Bottom: 200mm marble sight glass, 2" quick-connect ball valve, brass-corrected flange.
Surface: Anti-oxidation coating on all copper components.
2. Copper Column & Reflux System
Lartem Copper Cone Head: TP2 Copper (3mm thickness), equipped with sight glass, cleaning ball, brass flange.
Lyne Arm: TP2 Copper (3mm thickness), horizontally mounted with flange connection to the cone head.
Reflux Column: 8-stage TP2 Copper column (3mm thickness) with 6 sight glasses, copper water caps, cleaning balls, and lever-operated reflux mechanism. Top-mounted thermometer with brass flange (French standard).
3. Cooling & Separation
Dephlegmator & Condenser: Shell-and-tube design (TP2 Copper tubes + SUS304 Shells).
Wall Thickness: Shell (3mm), Tubes (1.5mm).
Features: Quick-connect cooling water ports, top-mounted thermometer, brass-corrected flanges.
Spirit Safe: Brass + organic glass enclosure with stainless steel valves for real-time distillate monitoring (heads/tails/hearts separation).
4. Collection & Storage
1000L Square Collection Tank (SUS304): For segregating heads, hearts, and tails. Includes liquid level gauge, discharge valve, exhaust valve, and high-level sensor.
5. Support & Automation
Stainless Steel Frame/Platform (SUS304): For equipment mounting and operator access.
CIP Cleaning System: Sanitary centrifugal explosion-proof pump (0.75KW, 16m head) for automated cleaning cycles.
ATEX Pumps (3 Units): 1.5KW, 24m head, 2900RPM for precise heads/tails/hearts transfer.
6. Material & Compliance
Key Materials: TP2 Copper (contact parts), SUS304 Stainless Steel (structural/non-contact parts), Brass (flanges/safe enclosure).
Certifications: ATEX compliance for explosion-proof components.
